We’re not realtors or agents, so no, we don’t list houses on the MLS. We will buy houses that meet our purchasing criteria and add them to our portfolio. We work with investors nationwide so we can resell quickly without making the repairs. This way we save the seller agent commission, closing costs and time!

Real estate agents list properties and hope that someone will buy them. The average time to sell a property in most markets is between 6-12 months.
